Mr. Jenkins has twenty years experience in the environmental field. His experience includes completing due diligence as part of property transfers, environmental sampling, chemical analysis, industrial wastewater studies, archaeological surveys, wetlands surveys and threatened and endangered species surveys. Mr. Jenkins also has permitting experience and has been involved in preparing deed restriction documentation for transportation easements.

Mr. Jenkins puts to use both his science degree and his Masters in Business Administration in assessing a client's environmental risks. This is consistent with LCS' unique approach to environmental services, wherein we see both the science and the business issues in a transaction.
