ASTM Phase I ESA ASTM 1527-05
This Phase I ESA is generally used by our clients when they are purchasing a property and seek CERCLA
protection as an innocent purchaser, bona fide prospective purchaser or contiguous property owner.
Many of our lending clients offer this report as an option to their borrowers that are purchasing a
property. Our report meets the ASTM Standards and the EPA All Appropriate Inquiry legislation found at 40 CFR Part 312.
