What is this report?

All of the data and services delineated above in the EAQuick Loan Check “plus” a site inspection by a qualified environmental site inspector. The report is reviewed by an Environmental Professional and includes recommendations and opinions on how best to proceed.

When should we use it?

Many clients use this instead of the ASTM 1528-06 Transaction Screen Standard. Can be used on almost any property type or property use dependent on client’s risk appetite. It is low cost and fully insured.
