Property Condition Assessment (PCA)

This report provides a detailed evaluation of the current condition of the building and property by experienced construction professionals. The PCA is completed in accordance with latest ASTM or client standards and typically includes a cost reserve analysis as well. LCS is Fannie and Freddie as well as HUD and FHA approved.
