Phase I/II Report Compliance and Peer Review

LCS will review other consultants reports for ASTM compliance and/or lending institutions risk analysis evaluation. We will offer comments and/or recommendations based on the reviewed data and interface directly with the consultant in amending the report when and if necessary. Many lenders retain LCS to review reports forwarded to them by their Borrowers rather than internalizing this risk through in-house review.
