We are interested in finding qualified and experienced persons with the ability to collect and analyze data; assess the potential for environmental impact; form conclusions regarding the environmental health of the property; and provide recommendations to mitigate identified concerns.

  • Environmental Analyst – Technical Writer – Buffalo, NY

    Our firm has an open position for an entry to mid-level Environmental Analyst. This position’s primary purpose is to be responsible for drafting Phase I and Transaction Screen Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and various environmental reports. The position is located in the Buffalo corporate office; however remote workers will be considered.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Person with ability to analyze regulatory, analytical, historical and site specific information.
    • BS/BA degree in a related field and excellent organizational, critical thinking, communication, and writing skills.

  • Operations Assistant – Buffalo, NY

    Our regional consulting firm has an open position for an Operations Assistant in our downtown Buffalo corporate office.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Provide work guidance, direction, and leadership for project team members
    • Monitor and maintain client orders on various internet account platforms
    • Coordinate and track Vendor Accounts for RFP’s, Bids, Awards and Authorizations for various due diligence reports
    • Electronic filing of orders, emails, reports, etc.
    • Enter vendor invoices/employee expenses statements (when requested)
    • Assistance with entering project information/job set up
    • Assistance with report publishing and distribution
    • Back up for coordination and tracking of track travel arrangements
    • Back up for reception including answering phones and directing calls

     

    Required Computer Skills:

    • Intermediate computer skills including internet searches and Gmail
