EAQuick Opinion Report

This low-cost desktop report can be used as a preliminary screening on small balance loans with innocuous current and historical site operations. The report features:

  • Regulatory research reviewed by an Environmental Professional
  • Low or Elevated risk assessment with recommendations

EAQuick Loan Check

This affordable desktop report is suitable for analyzing small conventional loans with unremarkable current and past site activities, as well as SBA loans tied to properties not listed as environmentally sensitive under SBA NAICS codes.

The report offers:

  • All components of the EAQuick Opinion Report
  • Historical research to 1940 or first developed use utilizing two sources of research
  • Interviews with the property’s owner/operator
  • Exceeds USSBA environmental due diligence requirements for a Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA)

Transaction Screen

This report exceeds the requirements of the most current ASTM E1528 standard and can be used on any property type. The report features the following:

  • Thorough site inspection by a qualified environmental analyst, including cursory inspections for suspect asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold
  • Historical research to 1940 or first developed use, utilizing multiple sources
  • Review of previous environmental reports, if available
  • Owner/operator and municipal interviews
  • Database searches for federal, state, and local environmental information, reviewed by an Environmental Professional
  • Discussion of local radon levels
  • Identification of potential environmental concerns
  • Report prepared by Environmental Professional(s) with conclusions and recommendations

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

This report exceeds the requirements of the most current ASTM E1527 standard and can be used on any property type. If you or your borrower are seeking CERCLA protection as an innocent purchaser, bona fide prospective purchaser, or contiguous property owner, this report should be used. The report features at least:

  • All components of the Transaction Screen Report
  • Additional in-depth review of regulatory records, if required
  • Former owner interviews
  • Identification and discussion of significant data gaps, if applicable
  • Collection of information from the User of the report for CERCLA protection requirements
  • Review of physical setting and hydrogeologic information
  • Review of wetland maps, soil types, and lead-in-drinking water results
  • Identification of recognized environmental conditions (RECs), controlled RECs (CRECs), and historical RECs (HRECs)
  • Exceeds USSBA environmental due diligence requirements for a Phase I ESA
