LCS Welcomes Keith Spolan as Senior Vice President of Environmental Due Diligence
Bringing 28 years of environmental, engineering, and consulting experience to the LCS team.
Lender Consulting Services is pleased to welcome Keith Spolan as Senior Vice President of Environmental Due Diligence. Keith joined LCS on October 12, 2026, to oversee the operational leadership of the company’s Environmental Due Diligence group.
His career spans national environmental, engineering, and consulting services, including work serving banking, real estate investment, and telecommunications clients. His background encompasses transaction advisory, construction consulting, technical review, and client program management.
Experience Across Transactions, Industries, and Portfolios
Before joining LCS, Keith spent nearly 25 years at EBI Consulting, progressing from Project Engineer through regional and national management positions. His most recent role there was Vice President, Operations – Transaction Advisory Practice Lead, overseeing a nationwide practice serving banking, real estate investment, and telecommunications clients.
His responsibilities included six service lines, operations strategy, staffing, budgeting, and client delivery. Earlier roles included National Director of Construction Consulting Services, National Operations Manager for Telecom Architecture & Engineering, and Program Director serving financial services clients.
As National Director of Special Projects, Keith led a team of facility condition, accessibility, and sustainability professionals evaluating more than 7,000 structures across a statewide housing authority portfolio. His experience spans individual assignments and national client programs.
An Engineering Foundation and a Client-Service Perspective
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from the University of Florida.
His early work as a civil/site engineer, independent due diligence consultant, and project engineer established the technical foundation for his subsequent operational and advisory roles. His career has also included senior technical review, account program management, quality management, and client-service processes.
His Role at LCS
At LCS, Keith will focus on the operational leadership of the Environmental Due Diligence group, including employee development, enhancing policies and procedures, and optimizing departmental operations.
