Liz Mahoney of LCS Selected for GlobeSt.’s 2026 Women of Influence Awards

April 21, 2026— Liz Mahoney, Senior Vice President and Director of Sales & Business Development at LCS, has been named to GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence Class of 2026 in the category of Marketing and Communications.
Since 1983, this award has recognized a growing number of commercial real estate female professionals for their remarkable achievements. The individual honorees have personally impacted the market and have significantly driven the industry to new heights via their outstanding successes. The 2026 Women of Influence were selected by GlobeSt.’s esteemed advisory board and senior editors based on how well they achieved goals and displayed ingenuity in regard to their nomination category; how impactful their work has been; how dedicated the nominee has been to furthering the development of their field and the role of women within it; and the nominee’s personal commitment to the highest ethical standards, service and excellence.
Mahoney serves as the creative and strategic force behind LCS’s brand presence, leading the development of the firm’s blogs, social media content, and marketing collateral while overseeing the company’s website in its entirety. Her hands-on approach to content strategy has sharpened the firm’s identity and deepened its engagement with clients and partners across the commercial real estate lending landscape.
Beyond brand communications, Mahoney drives LCS’s strategic partnership development, identifying and cultivating relationships that expand the firm’s reach and capabilities. Her dual command of marketing and business development — including hosting The Smarter Lending Podcast — has positioned LCS for sustained growth in a competitive market.
Mahoney’s influence extends well beyond LCS. She served as Director of Communications for CREW New York from 2023 to 2025, amplifying the organization’s voice and supporting its mission to advance women in commercial real estate. She currently serves as Vice President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York (MBA of NY) and has chaired its Communications Committee for the past two years, guiding the organization’s messaging and member engagement at a pivotal moment for the industry.
